Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Shan Depot. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service.
RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Shan Depot within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some products may have a longer return timeline, which will be clearly stated on the product page if applicable. If not stated, the time frame for returns is 30 days. If opened, products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at support@shandepot.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
