Return and Refund Policy for Prudent1.com

Thank you for shopping at Prudent1.com. We are committed to providing our Vendors with high-quality software for their storefronts and excellent products and customer service from our many vendor stores.

RETURNS

Please see our refund policy on our TERMS & SERVICES page for our VENDORS who purchase software subscription packages. For our Vendor CUSTOMER return policy we ask and at times will enforce that they adopt the following return policy for their customers unless unforeseen circumstances prevent them from doing so. Vendors return policies can be found on their product pages under the shipping tab and states as follows:

“You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Prudent1.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some products may have a longer return timeline, which will be clearly stated on the product page if applicable. If not stated, the timeframe for returns is 30 days. If opened, products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team via our Chat feature to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

Items That Can’t be Returned

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products

Opened software, music, and movies

Health and personal care items

Hazardous materials (Which are not sold from our platform or stores)

Gift cards and downloadable software products”

REFUNDS FOR CUSTOMERS OF STORES ON Prudent1.com

“Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for your refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Partial Refunds and Restocking Fees

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund or charge a restocking fee for returns that are damaged or incomplete or for items that have been opened or used. We reserve the right to determine the amount of the partial refund or restocking fee.

Returns to Third-Party Sellers

Some products are fulfilled by third-party sellers. These sellers may have different return policies from our store. If you have purchased a product from a third-party seller, please refer to their return policy for more information. However we will do everything within our power to assist you with returns and refunds.

Mistaken Returns

If you have returned an item  by mistake or included something not intended for our store in a return, please contact us via the store chat feature as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the item back.

Prudent1 LLC dba prudent1.com simply does our best to enforce our vendors to follow our recommended customer service/refund and return policy and we reserve the right to terminate a vendor account if they acquire too many disputes or charge backs.
