RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Lotta Dealz within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some products may have a longer return timeline, which will be clearly stated on the product page if applicable. If not stated, the time frame for returns is 30 days. If opened, products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.
